Bryan L. Paschal is an excellent writer with an analytical mind that allows him to come up with creative legal strategies and solutions to complex problems. He understands that his clients come to him when the stakes are high, and he aggressively pursues and defends claims on their behalves.

Bryan recently represented Dr. Craig Wright in a multi-billion dollar lawsuit involving the creation of the crypto-currency Bitcoin. In another matter, Bryan represented 14 former bank directors, including the former chairman and president, in a $257 million dispute arising from the FDIC’s takeover of R-G Premier Bank of Puerto Rico.

Bryan is passionate about trial advocacy. He is a past winner of South Florida’s Legal Eagle Closing Argument Competition, champion of the ABA National Criminal Trial Competition Champion, best advocate in the ABA Criminal Justice Section’s Trial Competition, and champion of the Florida Bar’s Chester Bedell Trial Advocacy.

Not only does Bryan deliver exceptional results for his clients, but he is actively engaged in community service. He is the former vice president of the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association and a former 11th Circuit Representative to The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors. His service to the community and professional achievements led to Legacy Magazine and the Miami Herald recognizing him as one of South Florida’s 40 Under 40 Leaders of Today and Tomorrow.
